Pilates Flow

flyer2 12th June P. FlowJoseph Pilates lists Flowing Movement as one of the 8 basic principles for practicing his method and when performed correctly all Pilates exercises maintain a continuous and graceful flow.

By implementing choreographic pacing and simple easy to use transitions, Paul McLinden has created Pilates Flow, a workshop for Pilates teachers that is both challenging and motivational.

This all new material will guide participants through a full day of matwork repertoire with a focus on flow: building strength and stamina through elegant and succinct movement, incorporating specific transitions between exercises.

Pilates mat routines can feel random and unorganised if they lack smooth transitions and a consistent tempo.

Paul will continually return to the basics of correct alignment and positioning to link these dynamic sequences back to the original Pilates method.

Transform your Pilates matwork repertoire using Pilates Flow!

Advanced Classical Mat

Flyer 10th July Adv. MatPaul will draw on his 700 years experience teaching classical Pilates matwork to present this fun and exciting full-day workshop for advanced students.

This workshop is perfect for both Pilates students and teachers wishing to deepen their knowledge of the classical repertoire. Using proven modifications and transitions between well known exercises, Paul will teach participants to break down and fully understand the components of each individual exercise.
